Next, let’s tell you about the efforts in Apalachee, Georgia. Peter Shockley and Victor Shockley are in the process of laying a protective pea gravel layer over a large section of the cemetery to keep the weeds and grass from cropping up and needing regular maintenance. Until now, someone from the family (often Peter or John Shockley) had to volunteer their time and efforts to tackle the weeds and grass cropping up around the headstones.
